Depending on how you use Motokiwo, we may handle the following categories of information:

Account information

Email address, username, account settings and information necessary to authenticate or administer your account.

Order and license records

Name, company, billing or contact details, products and license types purchased, order totals, payment status, transaction references and download activity.

Support correspondence

Messages, attachments and other information you choose to send when requesting assistance or contacting Motokiwo.

Technical and security information

IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, referring pages, session identifiers and security or abuse-prevention events.

IP addresses and online identifiers can constitute personal information and are not automatically anonymous.

We use personal information where reasonably necessary to:

• operate the website and store;
• authenticate customer accounts;
• process and administer orders;
• issue invoices and maintain transaction records;
• deliver purchased downloads;
• maintain evidence of font licenses;
• provide customer and licensing support;
• protect the website, customers and Motokiwo against abuse or fraud;
• understand website use and improve the service; and
• comply with applicable accounting, tax, legal and regulatory duties.

Where applicable, processing may rely on performance of a contract or requested pre-contract steps, compliance with legal obligations, appropriately balanced legitimate interests such as security and customer support, or consent where consent is legally required.

Buying a font or opening an account does not itself constitute consent to unrelated promotional messages.

Payment information may be processed by PayPal or another payment method expressly offered at checkout.

Information exchanged with PayPal can include order totals, currency, billing or contact information, transaction identifiers and payment status needed for payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and disputes.

Credentials entered into PayPal-hosted payment interfaces are handled by PayPal rather than being provided to Motokiwo as raw payment credentials.

If an express-payment or Fastlane feature is offered and you choose to use it, PayPal may use its own identifiers or previously saved information to recognize you and accelerate checkout. Availability can vary.

PayPal maintains its own privacy notice. Do not send card numbers, payment passwords or other sensitive payment credentials to Motokiwo by support email.

If you choose Continue with Google, Motokiwo requests information needed to create, connect or authenticate your store account, including your verified email address and a Google account identifier.

The Motokiwo sign-in integration does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Contacts.

Google processes authentication under its own privacy terms. A short-lived security cookie may be used to verify the sign-in request.

You may use ordinary email/password sign-in instead where available.

Revoking Google access does not automatically erase transaction, invoice or font-license records that Motokiwo has another lawful reason to retain.

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies or similar browser storage for functions such as login, session security and shopping-cart operation.

Standard WooCommerce cart storage can include woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_*. Exact lifetimes may vary according to site configuration, browser behavior and future WooCommerce changes.

A Google sign-in security cookie may be used for a short period while authentication is completed.

The website uses Google Analytics, which may process device or browser information, online identifiers and page interactions to help us understand website use.

Browser or device controls may allow you to delete or block storage, but blocking essential cookies can prevent login, cart or checkout functions from working. Browser controls do not replace consent where consent is legally required.

Security systems may process request information to detect or limit abuse. Native email registration may use an IP-derived identifier for a short rate-limit period. If a Google reCAPTCHA challenge is displayed, Google may process challenge and device information under its own privacy terms.

Motokiwo and authorized persons may access personal information where needed for their responsibilities.

Service providers involved in hosting, store operation, email, security, payment processing, analytics and authentication may process information as necessary to provide those services.

The presence of a WordPress or WooCommerce plugin does not mean its vendor automatically receives all customer information.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Motokiwo operates from Indonesia. Providers such as Google, PayPal and hosting or infrastructure providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or safeguard, the required mechanism or safeguard must be used.

Visiting Motokiwo does not constitute blanket consent to international transfers.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is used and for applicable legal, accounting, security, dispute and record-keeping requirements.

Account and order information may be retained to support account access, downloads, invoices, proof of purchase, font-license evidence, customer support and legally required business records.

WooCommerce accounts and order records currently do not have one universal automatic deletion period configured. Retention and deletion requests are assessed according to the purpose of the record, applicable law and any ongoing dispute or legal requirement.

Deleting an account does not necessarily require deletion of every invoice, transaction or font-license record.

Technical, analytics, security and third-party provider records may have different retention periods.

Where deletion is appropriate, residual backup copies can remain until replaced or expired under the applicable backup cycle.

Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing involved, you may have rights to request:

• access to personal information;
• correction of inaccurate information;
• a copy of certain information;
• deletion;
• restriction of processing;
• objection to certain processing;
• data portability; or
• withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

Indonesian personal-data law and laws that apply to you may provide additional rights.

We may request proportionate information to verify identity before acting on a rights request. Requests are normally free unless applicable law permits a fee or refusal in particular circumstances.

Where the GDPR applies, qualifying requests are generally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions.

Where applicable California privacy law applies, qualifying access, deletion and correction requests generally have a 45-day response period, subject to permitted extensions. Applicable rights may also include rights relating to sale or sharing, sensitive personal information and non-discrimination.

You may complain to a competent data-protection or privacy authority where applicable.

Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Motokiwo uses reasonable technical and organizational protections, including encrypted website connections and access or abuse controls.

No website, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Where an incident triggers a legally required notification, Motokiwo will handle notification according to the applicable legal requirements.

The store is intended for persons able to enter into a purchase agreement. Do not submit a child’s personal information without appropriate authority.
